[Precious Metals Refund & Return Policy]
Payment and Pricing Policy
Under normal conditions, if the order is not paid within 24 hours, the system will automatically cancel the order. However, we only accept the current pricing without any prior notice. If the customer chooses to pay using the old price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the money to the customer.
Return and Refund Policy
Customers should consider carefully before any purchase is made. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you have purchased differs in the billing item.

We do not accept incorrect item’s refund after 7 days you received. Please contact us first with your order number, details of the product, image differ item and your order invoice. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will the refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be proceeded, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of the days.
To be eligible for a return:
Unauthorized charged on your credit/debit card, Paypal or any other payment methods and your order must not be delivered.
We are unable to fulfill your order due to the lack of stock or unable to deliver your items due to the item is not available anymore.
To complete your return, please contact our Customer Support Live-Chat or through email to admin@MoBeeZ.io. We require a receipt or proof of purchase in MoBeeZ for the payment to be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your payment accounts again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
